Toasted Garlic
- Main Ingredients : Garlic
Who doesn’t love garlic? Frying up some garlic in the kitchen can fill the air with a fragrant aroma that would make you feel so hungry, you could almost taste the food. We use garlic in almost every dish we cook. It provides a savory-sweet, nutty flavor to any dish. Aside from using garlic as a flavor agent in cooking, we also like to fry little bits of garlic and use it as a topping to some dishes like adobo, fried egg, salads, ramen, steamed or fried rice, fried fish, grilled steak – ok, almost anything really!
You can prepare this ahead if you want but it’s so easy to make, it’s never a problem to just make it whenever we need or want to.
